Professional Soaking System for Highest Hygiene Standards

Transform dry non-woven wipes into ready-to-use high-performance disinfectant wipes in no time. DESINFECT WIPES Tränklösung is an innovative, active chlorine-based liquid specifically developed for the hygienic filling of non-woven wipe dispenser systems. It offers optimal protection wherever an extended spectrum of efficacy and uncompromising sterility are required – whether in sensitive healthcare sectors, laboratories, administration, or industrial environments.

The modern formula quickly and reliably eliminates 99.99% of all pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, and viruses). The soaking solution releases the active ingredients excellently onto the wipe material, ensuring even, seamless wetting of the surfaces to be disinfected without leaving any dry spots.

Safe in the System, Gentle on People and Materials

Forget pungent fumes and the premature drying out of wipes caused by volatile alcohols. Since this soaking solution is completely free of alcohols, aldehydes, and QACs, it protects both the non-woven material and sensitive surfaces. Thanks to the pH-neutral and fragrance-free formula, application is exceptionally user-friendly. The Dermatest rating of "Excellent" highlights its outstanding compatibility.

An unbeatable advantage for your business: The product is completely label-free according to the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV). It contains no dangerous ingredients, requires no hazard symbols, and vastly simplifies storage as well as daily workplace handling.

Dosage & Application Instructions

For safe and even saturation of the wipes, application following these steps is recommended:

Perform the filling under hygienic conditions (disinfect hands beforehand and wear protective gloves if necessary).
Insert the dry non-woven wipe roll into the designated wipe dispenser or bucket.
Slowly and evenly pour the required amount of the ready-to-use DESINFECT WIPES Tränklösung over the non-woven roll.
Close the lid of the dispenser system tightly immediately to prevent external contamination.
Observe a **pre-soaking time of approx. 30 minutes** before the first use. This ensures that all wipes are completely and evenly saturated right to the core.
Remove the perforated wipes individually. Wipe surfaces thoroughly until they are completely wet with the solution. Do not dry.
