A look back at INTERNORGA 2016

INTERNORGA in Hamburg has always been considered the most important trend barometer for the foodservice and hospitality market. However, the 2016 edition was truly special: from March 11 to 16, the leading international trade fair celebrated its proud 90th anniversary. With around 1,300 exhibitors from 25 nations, the Hamburg exhibition halls transformed into a giant ideas hub for gastronomy, hotels, bakeries, and confectioneries. AND we were there as an exhibitor!
